The Women’s Edge and The Boston Globe Again Name CCC to Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts List

CCC Ranks #13 in the Annual Award Celebrating the State’s Leading Companies and Nonprofits Run by Women

DANVERS, Mass.--()--The Women’s Edge, a nonprofit that supports female business leaders, in partnership with The Boston Globe, has announced CCC, a pioneer in voluntary collective licensing, advancing copyright, accelerating knowledge, and powering innovation, was named to its annual Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts list. CCC ranked #13.

For each organization on the list, The Women’s Edge examined revenue or operating budget as well as other variables, including number of full-time employees in Massachusetts, workplace and management diversity, and innovative projects. The Women’s Edge then ranked organizations according to its own formula. This is the 23rd year that The Women’s Edge has created the list and the 11th year that the Boston Globe has partnered with the group.

“CCC is honored to be included once again on this list of remarkable women-led companies,” said Tracey Armstrong, President and CEO, CCC. “It is energizing to be part of the community of leaders The Women’s Edge has brought together and to engage with many women on CCC’s team who are benefitting from leadership and talent development programs they offer.”
